Refunds.

Reading any report is free, so you can check it shows what you need before you pay. The $10 case file is a digital product delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed.

Refunded

• You paid but couldn't get your case file, and it couldn't be fixed.
• You paid twice for the same token and wallet by mistake.
• You sent more than the price by mistake: the difference.
• You paid from an exchange without your payment code and the payment can't be matched to you. It will either be matched by hand or refunded.

Not refunded

• A case file that was delivered, because the report didn't say what you hoped. The report is free to read first.
• Payments sent to the wrong address, or on a network other than Solana. Snitch can't reach those.

How to ask

Use the corrections page. Choose "Dispute a row", and include the transaction ID, the wallet you named, and how to reach you. Refunds are sent on Solana, in what you paid with, to the wallet the payment came from (or, for an exchange, to a wallet you name).
