Terms.
By using Snitch (this website, its reports, caller pages and the Telegram bot) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
What Snitch is
- Snitch reads public blockchain data and shows what wallets did: who bought at a token's launch, how they were funded, when they sold, and what callers' wallets did around their own calls.
- A report describes wallets, not people. A flag is a pattern, not an accusation of a crime or of any wrongdoing. Selling a token is not wrongdoing on its own.
- Snitch is not legal, financial or investment advice, and not a law-enforcement service. Before you act on a report, check it yourself: every figure links to the transactions it was read from.
Accuracy and corrections
- Reports are produced by software from data supplied by third parties (blockchain nodes, pump.fun's public pages, market data). Snitch works to be accurate but can't promise that every figure, label or name is complete or correct.
- Names shown are only those people publicly attached to their own wallets on platforms such as pump.fun or X. Snitch never publishes real-world identities. See the method.
- If something is wrong, report it. Locked case snapshots are never edited after the fact; corrections are added as a new snapshot or a corrected row.
Fair use
- Don't use Snitch to harass, threaten, dox or target anyone, or to try to find out who owns a wallet.
- Don't present a report as proof of a crime, and don't edit a report or case file and pass it off as Snitch's.
- Don't overload the service or get round its daily limits. Automated access needs permission.
The case file ($10)
- Reading a report is free. The case file is a digital product: a PDF and a spreadsheet for one token, made out to the wallet you name, which must have held that token.
- You pay on the Solana network in USDC, USDT or SOL (and $SNITCH once it exists). Snitch never asks you to connect a wallet and never moves funds from your wallet.
- A payment is tied to the wallet it came from, or to the wallet whose payment code it carries. One payment covers one holder's case file for one token. Downloads stay open for 30 days.
- See the refund policy for when a payment is refunded.
$SNITCH
$SNITCH has not launched. When it does, its address will be published on this website first. It is a memecoin that can be used to pay for Snitch services. It carries no promise of profit, no ownership of Snitch, and no right to its revenue. 25% of every $SNITCH payment is burned, and the burns can be checked on-chain.
Liability
Snitch is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Snitch isn't liable for losses that come from trading decisions, from relying on a report without checking it, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
Changes
These terms can change as Snitch grows. The date at the top shows the last change. Questions go through the corrections page.
